1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sip & Pill, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Services Provided & Disclaimer

• Hydration and medication logging: Sip & Pill lets you log water and medication, set reminders, and review your own history on the device.
• Not medical advice: The app is a personal organizer. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice. Always follow your clinician’s instructions for medication.

3. The App

Sip & Pill is offered as a free utility. Any store billing, if introduced, is handled through your Apple ID or Google Play account.

4. Intellectual Property

All visual designs, UI components, code, branding, logos, and original content within Sip & Pill are the exclusive property of Lumen App Studio and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lumen App Studio or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including missed or incorrect medication or hydration entries.
