1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using myJungle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Services Provided & Disclaimer

• Plant Care & AI Diagnostics: myJungle provides AI-assisted plant health identification, diagnostic advice, and care scheduling tools.
• Informational Purpose Only: The diagnostic results and care tips are provided for general informational purposes. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% botanical accuracy or plant survival.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• Free Tier: Users may manage up to 5 plants free of charge.
• Pro Subscriptions: Additional features and unlimited plant profiles may require a paid subscription. Billing and cancellations are managed directly through your Apple ID or Google Play Account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All visual designs, UI components, code, branding, logos, and original content within myJungle are the exclusive property of Lumen App Studio and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lumen App Studio or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
